NITCON Limited has released a new recruitment notification No. 10/2025-26 on October 2025 for engagement of manpower on an outsourced basis for deployment in the Delhi Development Authority (DDA), New Delhi. The advertisement has been officially published on NITCON’s website www.nitcon.org.

The NITCON Limited will recruit Data Entry Operators (Non-Graduate) and Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) posts. As per the official notification, there are 143 vacancies in total – 116 for Data Entry Operators and 27 for Multi-Tasking Staff positions.

Educational Qualification

For Data Entry Operator (Non-Graduate), candidates must have passed 10+2 (Intermediate) from a recognised board or university, along with a valid typing certificate from a recognised institute.

For Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS), applicants must have passed Matriculation (10th) from a recognised board or university.

Age Limit

The age limit for Data Entry Operator (Non-Graduate) is 21 to 45 years, while for MTS, it is 18 to 45 years.

Upper-age relaxation will be provided as per the Government of NCT Delhi rules – 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC candidates.

Salary Details

The monthly salary will be paid as per the Minimum Wages notified by the Government of NCT of Delhi. Apart from that, no extra allowance will be given. However, statutory deductions like EPF and ESIC will be made according to prevailing rules.

Application Process

Candidates must apply only through online mode at the registration link: dda.register.ind.in. No other mode such as email, post, or offline submission will be accepted.

Applicants must check eligibility criteria carefully before applying. All essential documents, including educational qualification, caste, and age proof, should be uploaded during online registration. Candidates are also advised to provide a valid email ID, which will remain active for at least one year for all communication.

Application Fee

The application fee for NITCON Recruitment 2025 must be paid online only. Candidates from the General and OBC categories need to pay ₹885 (including GST), while those from the SC and ST categories must pay ₹531 (including GST). The fee can be paid through Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Bank Transfer, and it is non-refundable.

Selection Process

The selection process will differ for each post:

1. For Data Entry Operator (Non-Graduate): Candidates will be shortlisted based on eligibility and then must appear for a Typing Test and an MCQ-based Test (English and Computer Knowledge).

Those who qualify both tests will be called for Document Verification and Personal Interaction.

2. For Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS): Applicants will face an MCQ-based Test on English, General Knowledge, and General Ability.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Document Verification and Personal Interaction based on merit.
