Educational Qualification

For the Telecom Stream, candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech degree or equivalent in any of the following disciplines with at least 60% marks (regular full-time):

Computer Science
Information Technology
Electrical
Instrumentation
Or a combination of these or related emerging branches.

For the Finance Stream, candidates must possess a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountancy (CMA) qualification.

Age Limit

Pay Scale

Selected candidates will receive an IDA Pay Scale of E3 Grade, which ranges from ₹24900 to 50500 per month, along with other allowances and benefits as per BSNL norms.
