Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the Diploma Technician (Mechanical) post must hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (General), and for the Diploma Technician (Electrical) post, a Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering is required.

For the Technician (Fitter) post, candidates must have NTC (ITI in Fitter Trade) plus NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) or Direct 3 Years NAC in the Fitter trade. Only full-time regular courses from recognized institutions are acceptable.

Age Limit

As of 1st November 2025, the upper age limit for UR/EWS candidates is 28 years. The upper age is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates. PwBD candidates get an additional 10-year relaxation over the respective category limit.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive an attractive monthly consolidated remuneration. For Diploma Technician posts, the basic pay is ₹23,000, and for Technician (Fitter) posts, it is ₹22,000 per month.

In addition, they will receive Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, 25% perks on basic pay, ₹1,500 towards medical expenses, and other benefits as per company rules. Employees are also eligible for PF, annual increment of 3%, incentives, leave, and insurance benefits.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Written Test conducted at Naliya/Bhuj, Gujarat. The written test will be of 2½ hours duration and consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). It will include three parts – General Awareness (20 questions), English & Reasoning (40 questions), and Discipline-specific (100 questions).

There will be no negative marking. Candidates who qualify in the written test will be called for Document Verification, followed by a Medical Examination before final selection.
