Educational Qualification
Applicants must be Registered Company Secretaries and members of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Candidates having additional qualifications such as M.Com, CA Inter, CMA Inter, or LLB will be given preference.
The applicant should also have a minimum of two years of experience as a Company Secretary in a manufacturing company listed or having a turnover of ₹100 Crores as per the latest audited balance sheet. Experience in the Public Sector will be preferred.

Age Limit
The minimum age limit for applying is 25 years, and the maximum age limit is 50 years as of 14 November 2025. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules for SC, ST, PwD, and Ex-Servicemen candidates.
Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary of ₹1,25,000. The remuneration will be revised annually based on performance and TCL policy.
In addition, candidates will get a ₹1,000 monthly medical allowance, paid holidays, casual leave, earned leave, and other company benefits. Employees staying in company quarters will have rent and utility charges deducted as per company rules.
