Educational Qualification
For Supervisor (Operations) – Candidates must hold a three-year regular Diploma in any branch of Engineering from a Government Polytechnic or Government Aided Polytechnic in the State of Tamil Nadu.
For Supervisor (Maintenance) – Candidates must hold a three-year Regular Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, IT, or related branches, from a Government or Government Aided Polytechnic in Tamil Nadu.
Applicants must have scored at least 60% marks in their Diploma. Candidates who passed out from Private Polytechnics are not eligible for this recruitment.

Age Limit
As of 1st October 2025, candidates must be between 18 and 33 years of age. Age relaxations will be applicable for reserved categories as per Tamil Nadu Government Rules.
Salary Details
Selected candidates will be appointed on a fixed-term contract with a monthly salary of ₹30,000/- (CTC).
This pay includes benefits such as accommodation, transport, medical, canteen, insurance, and other facilities as per DMRC rules. Candidates will also receive PF contributions as per the EPF & MP Act, 1952.

How to Apply – DMRC Supervisor Walk-in Process
This recruitment will be conducted through a Walk-in Screening process. Interested candidates must report in person at the venue according to the date and time mentioned in the official notice. Before appearing, candidates must ensure that they meet all eligibility conditions.
They should carry original certificates and one set of self-attested photocopies, along with 10 recent passport-size photos, a filled-in Bio-data form, Diploma marksheets, and valid ID proof (Aadhaar/PAN/Passport/Voter ID/Driving License).
Selection Process
The selection process will be based on Merit-cum-Reservation. It will include:
- Document Verification
- Screening Test, which involves Tamil Language Reading, Writing, and Speaking Proficiency Test
- Psycho Test (qualifying in nature)
- Medical Fitness Test as per DMRC standards
Candidates who studied Tamil in Class 10 will be exempted from the Tamil Language Test. Those found suitable will be empaneled for two years from the approval date of the competent authority.

The walk-in screening will be held at various venues in Tamil Nadu. Candidates must report at 8:30 AM on the scheduled date with all required documents.
