Educational Qualification

To apply for the Food Analyst (FSSAI Authorized) post, candidates must have an M.Sc. degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a relevant field. Additionally, the candidate must be qualified and authorized as a Food Analyst by the FSSAI. Candidates with ISO 17025:2017 training will be given preference.

Also, applicants should have at least 2 years of working experience in a NABL-accredited food laboratory, with sound knowledge of analytical procedures and handling of laboratory instruments.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for the Food Analyst post is 35 years as on 31 October 2025. However, age relaxation will be provided to candidates belonging to SC, ST, and OBC categories as per Government of India norms.

Salary Details

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs.56000/-. This salary is fixed for the contractual period and includes all allowances. Additionally, candidates will be entitled to 18 days of leave per year during the engagement.
