About DILRMP
The modernization of land records across India is being implemented through the National Land Records Modernization Programme (NLRMP), now renamed Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP). This programme merges two earlier schemes:
- Computerization of Land Records (CLR)
- Strengthening of Revenue Administration & Updating of Land Records (SRA & ULR)
The programme was approved by the Cabinet on 21 August 2008 and launched at a technical workshop held on 24–25 September 2008 in New Delhi with participation from state Revenue and Registration Departments.
The main objective of DILRMP is to establish a conclusive land titling system with title guarantee, instead of the currently followed presumptive title system.
Land Records – All States
The Bhulekh – All Land Record system is a digital portal established by state Revenue Departments. Earlier, all land-related documents such as Khatauni, Jamabandi, etc., were manually recorded on paper.
This app offers convenient access to:
- State Bhunaksha
- State Land Records
- Stamp Registration Details
- Lagan / Land Tax Information
State/UT RoR Online Access
You can view and print your Record of Rights (RoR), 7/12 extract, and state-wise land maps online under DILRMP. It provides a one-stop platform for accessing all land records across India.
