Qualification for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment
1. Store Keeper Grade-II – 12th pass from a recognized Board or University.
2. Engine Driver, Carpenter Skilled & Sheet Metal Worker Skilled – 10th pass or equivalent.
3. CMTD (OG) – 10th Standard pass.
4. Fork Lift Operator – (a) Certificate in the respective trade from ITI or other recognised Institutions with not less than one year experience in the trade.
OR
3 years experience in the trade for which no training is available in ITI or other recognised institutions.
5. Unskilled Labourer – Matriculation pass or its equivalent from recognized boards or ITI from recognized institutions.
6. Motor Transport Fitter – Matriculation or equivalent.
Age Limit for Indian Coast Guard Recruitment
(i) Store Keeper Grade-II : Not exceeding 25 years.
(ii) Engine Driver : Not exceeding 30 years.
(iii) CMTD (OG), Fork Lift Operator, Sheet Metal Worker Skilled, Carpenter Skilled, Unskilled Labourer & Motor Transport Fitter: Not exceeding 27 years.
