(1) Senior Resident – 1. MBBS/BDS/M.Sc Marksheet and degree certificates.
2. MD/DNB/MS/MDS/Ph.D degree certificate.
3. DM/M.Ch/DNB degree certificates.
(2) Junior Resident – a) Candidate must have passed MBBS or equivalent (including internship) for Medical vacancies and registered with National medical council or State Medical Council.
b) Candidate must have passed BDS or equivalent (including internship) for dental vacancies and registered with Dental council of India.
