Indian Army Agniveer Eligibility Criteria<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\n(2) Agniveer (Tech) (All Arms)
\n(3) Agniveer Clerk \/ Store Keeper Technical (All Arms)
\n(4) Agniveer Tradesmen (All Arms) 10th pass
\n(5) Agniveer Tradesmen (All Arms) 8th pass
\n(6) Agniveer (General Duty) Women in Corps of Military Police<\/p>\n

Qualification & Age Limit<\/strong>:-<\/p>\n

(1<\/strong>) Agniveer<\/strong> (General<\/strong> Duty<\/strong>) (All<\/strong> Arms<\/strong>): Class 10th \/Matric with 45% marks in aggregate and 33% in each subject. For boards following grading system of D grade (33% – 40%) in individual subjects or equivalent of grade which contains 33% and overall aggregate in C2 grade or equivalent corresponding to 45% in aggregate.<\/p>\n

Age<\/strong> Limit<\/strong>: 17\u00bd – 21 Years<\/p>\n

(2<\/strong>) Agniveer (Tech)<\/strong> (All<\/strong> Arms<\/strong>): 10+2\/Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English with min 50% marks in aggregate and 40% in each subject.
\nOR
\n10+2 \/Intermediate Exam Pass in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Maths and English from any recognized State Education Board or Central Education Board to include NIOS and ITI course of minimum one year in required field with NSQF level 4 or above.
\nOR
\n10th \/Matric Pass with 50% in aggregate and minimum 40% in English, Maths and Science with 02 Years of Technical Training from ITI or 02\/03 years Diploma in streams given in notification.<\/p>\n

Age<\/strong> Limit<\/strong>: 17\u00bd – 21 Years<\/p>\n

(3<\/strong>) Agniveer<\/strong> Clerk \/ Store Keeper Technical<\/strong> (All<\/strong> Arms<\/strong>): 10+2\/ Intermediate Exam Pass in any stream (Arts, Commerce, Science) with 60% marks in aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject. Securing 50% in English and Maths\/Accounts \/Book Keeping in Class XII is mandatory.<\/p>\n

Age Limit<\/strong>: 17\u00bd – 21 Years<\/p>\n

(4<\/strong>) Agniveer Tradesmen<\/strong> (All<\/strong> Arms<\/strong>) 10th<\/strong> pass<\/strong>: (i) Class 10th simple pass. (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage, but should have scored 33% in each subject.<\/p>\n

Age<\/strong> Limit<\/strong>: 17\u00bd – 21 Years<\/p>\n

(5<\/strong>) Agniveer Tradesmen<\/strong> (All<\/strong> Arms<\/strong>): 8th<\/strong> pass<\/strong> (i) Class 8th simple pass. (ii) No stipulation in aggregate percentage, but should have scored 33% in each subject.<\/p>\n

Indian Army Agniveer<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Pay, Allowances and Allied Benefits<\/strong>: AGNIVEER enrolled under this scheme will be paid an AGNIVEER package with a fixed yearly increment. In addition, Risk and Hardship allowances (as applicable in Indian Army), Dress and Travel allowances will be paid.<\/p>\n

Terminal Benefits \u2013 Seva Nidhi Package<\/strong>: AGNIVEER will be given onetime \u2018 Seva Nidhi\u2019 package comprising their monthly contribution with matching contribution by the Government on completion of their engagement period, as indicated below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

NOTE 1<\/strong>: AGNIVEER will not be required to contribute to any Provident Fund of the Government.<\/p>\n

Insurance, Death and Disability Compensation<\/strong>: AGNIVEER will be provided non-contributory life insurance cover of Rs 48 lakhs for the duration of their engagement period as AGNIVEER in the Indian Army.
