PM Awas Gramin List – Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin List

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G) is an important scheme launched by the Central Government, the main objective of which is to provide pucca houses to the homeless and kutcha house-dwelling families in rural areas. 

Under this scheme, financial assistance is given to eligible families to build a permanent house so that they can build their own durable house as per their convenience with this amount.

What is PM-Awas Yojana?

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) is a major housing scheme of the Government of India , launched in 2015 to provide affordable and pucca homes to the poor and economically weaker sections of the society. It is implemented in two parts: PMAY-G (rural areas) and PMAY-U (urban areas).

Process to view rural list

Step 1. First of all, go to the official website of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G) https://pmayg.nic.in/

Step 2. Click on the Awaassoft option in the menu on the homepage .

Step 3. Next, you  have to select the Report option in the dropdown menu.

Step 4. Now you will come to the page https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/newreport.aspx .

Step 5. Here in the Social Audit Reports (H ) section, click on the existing option Beneficiary details for verification.

Step 6. The MIS Report page will now open. Select the following information:  State , District , Panchayat Samiti , Village , Year , and Scheme Name .

Step 7. After this, enter the captcha code and click on the Submit button.

Step 8. Now the beneficiary list of your village will appear on your screen.

Step 9. You can download or print this list.  

Check IAY/PMAY-G Beneficiary Status Details

  • PM Awas Yojana Rural Portal – Visit  pmayg.dord.gov.in
  • Click on the Stakeholders option present in the menu on the homepage .
  • Select IAY/PMAYG beneficiary option from the dropdown menu .
  • Now enter the registration number and captcha and click on submit .
  • Now you can see the Beneficiary Details/Status.

Check PM Awas Yojana Installment 

If your name is in the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana-Gramin (PMAY-G) list and you want to check the installment details, follow the simple steps given below:

  • First of all download UMANG App or visit its website https://web.umang.gov.in.
  • Now search “ Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Rural ” in the search section
  • Click on the Installment Details option shown under General Services .
  • After this you will have to sign in with DigiLocker , there are three ways to sign in:- By mobile number , Username/PIN , Aadhaar/PAN/Driving License

  • After login, you can check the status of PM Awas Yojana installment.
  • What information will you get:
    • When was the installment released?
    • How much amount came
    • What stage is the construction in?
    • What is the status of the next installment?

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin (PMAY-G) Application Process

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was earlier known as Indira Awas Yojana, then it was changed to Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in 2016.

  1. To apply under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Gramin, first visit your Gram Panchayat or Block Development Officer (BDO) office. 
  2. Get the PMAY-G application form from there and fill in the information asked in the form like name, address, family details, income details, bank account number and information related to the kutcha house. 
  3. Along with this, documents like Aadhar card, income self-declaration form, bank passbook, passport size photo and ration card have to be submitted. 
  4. Eligibility is then checked based on Gram Sabha and SECC 2011 data. 
  5. After filling the form completely and correctly, submit it to your Panchayat Secretary or BDO office, remember to take the receipt for submitting the form. 
  6. Your application is further checked at the block and district level, if everything is correct then your name will be added to the beneficiary list.

PMAY-G eligibility

  1. Families who are homeless or living in kutcha/dilapidated houses
  2. Preference will be given to Economically Weaker Section (EWS), SC, ST, Minority, Widow and Persons with Disabilities.
  3. The applicant should be an Indian citizen and a resident of a rural area.
  4. The family should not already have a permanent house.

Required Documents

  1. Aadhaar Card: Aadhaar Card and its attested copy
  2. Job Card: Job card number of the MGNREGA registered applicant
  3. Bank Account: Current bank account details of the beneficiary
  4. Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM Number): Information about the benefits associated with Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM Number)
  5. Affidavit: An affidavit stating that the family does not own any permanent house.
